Neighborhood Bridges creates an advocacy model to help our community - 
1. Identify unmet needs of our children, residents & families
2. Engage the community & service providers to help fill those needs
 
How you can help:
Donate clothing, food, school supplies, beds/furniture, shoes, tuition assistance, snow removal, lawn care, mentoring, volunteer assistance....
 
Neighborhood bridges encourages teachers, counselors, administrators, clergy, and mental health agencies to advocate for the community members in need. We will BRIDGE solutions through existing service organizations and the kindness of community members.
